Firehouse Subs West Valley

Ordered two sandwiches online for takeout, a simple order that a child could have gotten right by reading the receipt. Got home to find out they were both completely wrong. Went back (which was annoying as it was out of the way from our house) to have them re-make them. No compensation or refund was offered for the inconvenience and gas money, and they STILL messed up one of them by using the wrong meat and forgetting the cheese. Not to mention the sandwiches were cold. We like firehouse and have had good service here in the past, but we will not be back to this location until they hire staff who know what they’re doing.

Customer service was great. Went towards closing and still greeted and helped very quickly. Haven't eaten at one in years due to being in Germany. Loss a star due to the bread to meat ratio. Super bread heavy. Wish I would have got double meat to compensate. They also offer military, first responder discount as a bonus.

Employees were discussing workplace drama amongst each other with zero regard to customers over hearing. I have young boys who heard a lot of swearing and vulgar conversations while we were eating. If a establishment has poor customer service the food quality means nothing I will not be returning.
