What can I say ? It was absolutely horrible, I ordered take out on line, I got there to pick up my my order for 4 of us ,the only thing they had that I ordered and already paid for was mashed potatoes, they had no gravy they were out of macaroni &cheese, spicy chicken for sandwiches! They offered more plain mashed potatoes & greasy soggy chicken that was the worst ! The kids running the show there need adult supervision! No hair nets! Therefore there was a piece of hair found in one of the plain mashed potatoes orders! I have a photo! Never have I attempted to eat at a place so horrible! I have lost all hope & respect in this place ! The one in Wesley Chapel I have only this to say ,, Where is the Health Department???

The only reason that I come is because my kid loves their chicken. There's never a line in the drive thru and you always have to wait in a parking spot for your food to be brought out to you on foot. Defeats the purpose of fast food.

Today I was craving a spicy chicken Sandwich and stop by here. WORST Popeyes I have been. Used the Drive Thru to get my food...first thing was "We only have Rice or Coleslaw as Side. .I said OK no problem. When I got my food I noticed that they had given me a piece of brown paper roll like the one they use in the bathroom to dry your hands....fine. Then started driving and took a bite of my Sandwich and the chicken was Raw!!!! I turned around and went inside to let them know that the chicken needed more time. They guy looked at me like I was lying and said that's how our children is a little bit hard. I said No! I Kknow how to cook and that needs more time trust me. Not one employee there had urgency at all to replace it so I said you know what just give me my money back...he then proceeded to give me cash $4 when I had paid over $8 he said that's for tour sandwich. REALLY? I said you can have your .50 cent drink and coleslaw back is not worth $4 and give me the full refund
