There wasn't much of a experience the food was ordered online I drive over to pickup the order only to be informed by a very unprofessional wannabe cajon cook that the store was CLOSED (9 MINUTES BEFORE ACTUAL CLOSING TIME) so I asked about my order if it was sitting on the counter possibly waiting on my arrival and was told there was no orders the store is CLOSED!! i drive around to the front of the store and can clearly see an order sitting on the counter, so I approached the front door and attempted to get a employees attention by knocking on the door and of course it's as if I didn't exist So my thoughts are That this is a ongoing problem with employees making there own rules and doing what THEY want to do WHEN they want to do it When I was a young man Well I'm really still a young man (in my mind ????)but I would have been fired for these non-profitable actions I will not go back to this location again PERIOD!! The laziest bunch of people work at this location. Theres a note on the speaker in the drive through, "Please order at window", I pull up to the window, and the lady says "we're having a shift change now, it'll be 5 minutes" and closes the window. The employees are standing around doing absolutely nothing. If you value your time....I'd avoid this location at all costs!

They're so backed up even on a Sunday night, staff would not even take your order even being at the front of the line. Had to wait almost 10 minutes just to order. The food took forever to come out even for a $20 takeout. Does anyone care anymore? I get if one doesn't like their job, just don't work if you won't do it right or to the best of your ability.
