Rude customer service and bad drive through service. Workers were catching attitudes with people in my car. In addition to this, they also forgot sauces and threw stuff in the bags without care.
I ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru to pick up my order and two items weren’t available. They told me to contact customer service for a refund of those items. I contacted twice and still have yet to receive a refund or credit. Just been given the runaround. It’s been 3 weeks now.
It is beautiful to look at. But the chicken was not cooked. Please make your services better in the interest of the customers. You get paid for the work you do. It is your and the company manager's responsibility to get it right. I want to let you know this. Perhaps if my children had consumed all of this we would not hesitate to take legal action regarding their health.
