Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If I could give this 0 starts I would No biscuits let me say that again NO BISCUITS! At Popeyes rice and beans were gross tasted old The sweet sugar with the tea on the side could have killed my diabetic mother thank goodness we tried it first. The lemonade had no lemon so the sweet water. No NAPKINS even in the bathroom No utensils No carbonation in the soda machine No chicken strips We have never had a bad experience at Popeyes in fact we love it there so much we took the whole family. It was our first time in Summerville and the start of our trip there. I hope this Popeyes figures it out. It was beyond disappointing.

The Manager with the long dreads is amazing she moves fast and really try to get people in and out and very pleasant. The other manager with the highlights in her hair is absolutely awful. She plays with the employees in front of customers who’s been waiting. She has a horrible attitude. She moves slow. She has absolutely no control over the staff and she lets the be lazy. Literally nobody in the store and no one in drive thru. I still wait over 15 mins

Horrible service. Placed a sizable to go order. Arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t and the cashier had to dig to find the order. Ordered large containers of red beans and rice and they didn’t have them. Subbed multiple small containers. Asked for a simple adjustment and was refused and the staff became defensive. I visited this location many times and there is always something wrong or they are out of something. “The customer is always right” doesn’t apply at this location. Staff needs to learn basic courtesies such as using “please” and “thank you.”
