Towards the end of the day I believe they run out of ingredients because some of the items are missing key ingredients like salsa and cheese....
this was some of the worst food i’ve had in a while. My quesadilla was mostly burnt while still having unmelted cheese inside, none of the workers were able to help me with the menu because NONE of them know what any of the spanish words mean. the drink i ordered tasted pretty bad too. the tomatos, cillantro, and onions in my food looked so old and wilted that i didn’t even take a bite. worst use of my money.
I got a steak Quesadilla, with no extra onions. The steak was tender and seasoned tastefully, the quesadilla was nice and crunchy. Probably the best quesadilla I've ever had. Very nice owners, I very much recommend this truck . Thank you again???? ????????
