Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've been ordering from this Popeyes for years and have always been satisfied with their food and service. They're no Jollibee's but the closest Jollibee's to me is in Niles about 40 miles. Popeyes is about a mile away

I ordered (2) five piece tender meals and was given wrong order. Chairreka was very rude when I returned I explained to her that I called several times 1st and she told me I know we don’t answer the phone. I asked her for the difference of my wrong meal and she said it was only like 2 dollars told me to hold on and never came back to service me. She went to talk to another employee and they were laughing about it. It is sad how restaurants treat customers especially now. Very disappointed in this location, my wife food was overcooked and cold the biscuit was hard and old. Very unpleasant visit will Never return there. I asked the manager name and they wouldn’t tell me. I am calling the corporate office tomorrow.

The chicken was ugly, yes ugly! It smelled and tasted like burnt grease. I guess they didn't have large containers, so I received 2 small containers. One of the containers barely had a scoop of potatoes in it. The gravy was watered down. The frozen strawberry lemonade was the only good thing that came from my almost $40 purchase. Also, they were out of butterfly shrimp, the real reason I went to Popeye's!
