By far the S L O W E S T McDonald's I've been to; understandably short staffed the wait time is ridiculous. Also with sime not all there is a serious lack of customer service training. The prices have increased but you still don't give customers HOT food. Instead you get Luke warm food, even after specifying what you want. When you wait in a line for 20 minutes they should make sure yr order is correct, fresh and hot no excuses!!!
I ordered curbside, they never came out with my food , made me late for work. I called immediately they never answered the phone. I called later on that day, couldn't get a refund over the phone. Terrible service. Service : 1/5 … More
Hours were wrong in the McDonalds app (listed open from 3am-4am and that's it)... So I couldn't use any of the mobile order deals. Moved on to the next McDonald's on my route.
