Place is a joke, whoever owns and manages this place obviously does not care about it. Workers have terrible customer service, and every single time I have went there they never have chicken. What type of restaurant that specializes in chicken runs out of chicken. lines for drive thru are ridicules. I personally want to see this place succeed but it will only happen if they hire the right people to run the place correctly. I have officially given up on this location, Do better.

Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes because the cashier at the window was arguing with the customer in front of me.I ordered a family meal for $43 get to the window I told her I ordered mash potatoes and Coleslaw for the side she gets smart and says Why didn't you say that back there when I clearly did. She chose to say I said red beans and rice. I'm elergic to beans why would I ask for beans. So I drove away because I will not pay my money almost $50 for someone to argue with me first. Very terrible customer service will never return to this location. This happened on 10/1/22 @3:20 pm

I placed my online order I got my order correctly by pickup. Food was as I ordered it. Was a bit off how the door was locked to get into the lobby? Worker said “we’re closed” but I was able to get my pickup order either way. I have in the best been in the drive thru line where I’ve waited either 5/10 minutes to almost 25 minutes But this recent pick up order went well and food made well.
