Dunkin'

This is by far the worst Dunkin I've been to. Someone said its a hit or miss when you go, but to me it has only been misses. You can guarantee they will always mess up your order. This Dunkin is closest to my home, so I have given them multiple tries in hopes that maybe they were just having an off day, but every time I go here my order is missed up, and the killing part is that I have a small order. There has been times where they had no line in the drive-thru, and I get to the register and the staff has no clue what I ordered. I order a vanilla donut, they give me chocolate, or strawberry. I order a caramel ice coffee, and I never taste the caramel, and one time I think they gave me tea. Their customer service skills are poor. I'm done trying to support this Dunkin. I hate that I have to make the commute to other locations, but this Dunkin is terrible and I cannot continue supporting such poor business.

First time to this location about 1:30 p.m. on a Monday. There was nobody in line inside or out however they failed to make a simple coffee with cream and three Splenda. Unfortunately I had to get back on the road to pick up somebody from the airport. Check your orders before you leave.

I ordered a ice-cream cake for my son's birthday, It was supposed to be picked up at 1:00 I didn't get there until 4:45 NO CAKE, it hadn't been dropped off. The worker went to pick it up at the Tinley Park Store, I never got the cake! I was offered 2 dozens donuts for my party! I got a refund,I had to ask for an apology BAD BUSINESS, I would have been satisfied if the manager offered me one that was in the store ! They lost my business
