Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So you know how it feels to work a long day and just want to sit and eat some you love and be disappointed. That's how felt. I ordered food and it was delivered. I got a 2 PC combo with coleslaw and a drink for myself and 12 nuggets combo with fries and a drink for my daughter. They didn't put the coleslaw for mine and didn't put the drink or sauces for my daughter. Which to me was ridiculous. I had to eat jus chicken with no side and my had to eat bare nuggets with no sauce. When I called to complain the person I spoke to told me I had to come back to the store for them to remake it. Poinciana has so much traffic as it is during 5pm-7pm that was the whole point of ordering!!!! Smh I'm not gonna give up on them just yet but they don't care enough to make sure everything is in your order.

I have been to many different Popeye's, and this one was the worst. A customer before me had received some chicken wings. She returned back to the counter and the Manager , a shorter African American lady, starts yelling at the customer telling her that her wings just came up. The lady said, well they are cold, and the Manager yelled again. She then turned around and yelled at the workers in the kitchen to give her some new wings now. Let me tell you, if my manager spoke to me the way she did, it would have been my last day working there. Now onto my order. I ordered the 2 pcs with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The young lady at the register was very polite said I'm sorry we are out of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Really??? How do you run out of 2 huge items like that. When i got home, the chicken was way over cooked. She is not running the store as a Manager. This manager does not know how to order for the store, and she has no people skills what so ever. I would hope

First time in this Popeyes restaurant. So good and delicious fresh food love it .and the personal are very caring and very professional. So all you folks out there whatning good no awesome chicken you gotta go to this Popeyes kitchen so good so fresh. You won't be disappointed.
