Chicken was old and it looks like it was under the light for an entire day, i picked up my order at 5:45pm came to my job open the box to some dark old hard chicken, this will be my last order from this Popeyes. Chicken didn't look nothing like the one in the app. Also inside the restaurant they had water all over the floor and they didn't bother to clean it
Be aware! Mobile order was placed an hour before pickup time and order was not ready. Waited 30 minutes for the order and then order was shorted. None of the employees had any sense of urgency or updated on how long the wait was going to be.
I walked in to 3 employees working and didn’t get Acknowledged at all. We waited over 5 mins. And nothing. The employees saw us and even acknowledged a lady who walked in after us for a pickup. I have never been treated like this before. I will never come to this location ever again.
