Took 10 minutes for anyone to even take our order. We ordered at 11:46am, the food was given to us after 12pm... for 2 burgers, 2 shakes, and an order of nuggets. When I went to eat my burger, the person who ordered, ordered it wrong (yeah, I should have checked receipt, but it the order was not what I asked). Short staffed? Who knows... but I'll never come back.
Unfortunately, the employees at the window was not / barely speaking English. I’ve asked at the microphone NO pickle and confirm it was no pickles. Arrived at the window, I’ve confirmed for a third time NO pickle.The lady confirm to me that there was NO pickle. When I’ve arrived home, there was pickles and the burgers were cold! What’s so hard to understand?
Don't use the drive-thru unless you want to wait 15 minutes the worst should take a page from McDonald's at least the pull the customer's over so they can attend other customers while they wait for their food
