I will never come back to this place again. I waited twenty minutes for two orders. One person was taking mobile orders. The chicken also did not smell good. As I was waiting, I also smelled chicken.
The bathroom was atrocious. They had the door propped open so the smell off the last person's " deposit " filled the whole restaurant. It was unbearable hot. The staff was fighting with each other loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. The blackened chicken sandwich was replaced by a different chicken. I was appalled I just spent $26.00 on 2 medium drinks, 2 mediocre sandwichs, and fries. SMH... Never again.
The lady was aggressive and racist and started making mock of me several times. long time wait for pick up and she don’t care. Avoid buying from the 35 Whalley Ave New Haven store.
