Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I usually really like Popeyes. Tonight was a frustrating let down. I was so disappointed. I used the mobile app to order the Chicken Strips and Shrimp combo with fries and a biscuit. When I got there to pick it up I was told it would be about 3 minutes because they were waiting for the blackened chicken strips. No problem! I ended up waiting over 10 minutes so when I got home the shrimp, fries and biscuit were cold. Cold fries are disgusting!! Then I saw a sorry excuse for blackened chicken strips (see attached pic). They were so small, they fit in the palm of my hand. So I had to get out the measuring tape. They were only 3.5 inches. The chicken strips were tiny, most of my food was cold, I didn't get the correct sauces and I had to wait 10 minutes. Utterly disappointed!!

Lady asked if I want to add some apples pie as they were promoting them. I said sure. I was so tired from my work I didn't even check my order. So I get charged then they don't even give them to me. The biscuits weren't fresh. They were hard. Not very impressed with them

Absolute worst customer service ever! I've been to this location several times and today I officially decided I'm never going here again because every single time they are awful! Today I ordered a meal and chose fries as my side. Apparently they are out of fries, and upcharged me on mac and cheese. They also charged me extra on my choice of chicken without telling me. When I talked to the manager and asked her to write off the amount for the fries.... She refused. I feel like they should compensate customers if they are short on something ...not charge me extra because I'm getting something that I don't even want in the first place.
