Lobby coke machine is always out of pretty much all flavors on a weekly basis. I know there is a shortage but other places don’t seem to be out. Also don’t go close to closing time usually within 45 minutes of closing run out of everything and hours don’t match when store actually closes. During daytime supplies are good and food is good.

Absolute worst customer service ever! I've been to this location several times and today I officially decided I'm never going here again because every single time they are awful! Today I ordered a meal and chose fries as my side. Apparently they are out of fries, and upcharged me on mac and cheese. They also charged me extra on my choice of chicken without telling me. When I talked to the manager and asked her to write off the amount for the fries.... She refused. I feel like they should compensate customers if they are short on something ...not charge me extra because I'm getting something that I don't even want in the first place.

Just went through the drive thru. They asked us to pull forward and park to wait for our food. Which I understand. We ordered the blackened chicken, 3 piece tenders and popcorn shrimp extra ranch with a large coke and large sweet tea. Little kid comes out with our meal. Missing the popcorn shrimp and ranches. We tasted our drinks. The coke has lemon taste in it and the sweet tea tastes like cardboard. We pull back around through the drive thru. We told the 3 people at the window. Then I'm assuming the manager tonight comes to the window and basically calls us liars and takes our food back and touches everything. We asked for everything to be remade and asked for a different beverage for the tea. Very unprofessional. Especially since we both are managers at different food chains. Definitely will not be coming back to this location. Guess the first time is the last time. What a shame.
