Filiberto's Mexican Food #68

Went in for the second time... the first was a drive thru and now dine in. Oh boy... we really like the menudo. As filipinos... we have menudo as well. But this mexican menudo us different. It has ox tripe (very soft)... and tasted like the filipino combined taste of kare kare and papaitan. And what is important to know... it is only available every saturday and sunday.

The portions got very small. The prices all went up. Service is Great ???? at night. They are open 24hrs. (the drive thru) despite what the hours on Google say. I like it! It's the only restaurant that doesn't close @6/8. Parking: Plenty of parking after 8pm

I ordered from the filibertos on crismon rd in mesa Az. The rolled tacos with cheese looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and just heated up before packaging. The cheese was crusted on and the meat was crusted to. The corn tortilla was so hard and disgusting. They also didn't give me red sauce like I asked so I basically ate half of one cardboard rolled taco with hard cheese and no sauce and threw the rest away, i couldnt stomach it. Not completely shocked. Filibertos never seems to care about their food quality or customer satisfaction. I will never eat here again. I suggest people try somewhere else as well.
