Filiberto's Mexican Food #68

Terrible location. Got 3 Beef tacos, 1 was good decent amount of meat. The other 2 tasted 3 days old and had enough meet comfined to maybe fill a tea bag.

First time at this location and won’t go back. Ordered a cheese quesadilla and asked if thet had green chili strips to add to it, we were told yes for an extra charge so we ordered it, also asked for it to be extra crispy. Got home and noticed two inches around the quesadilla had no cheese and it was soggy wet. They put green chile pork inside of it. The red sauce tasted like it was in an open container in the fridge it was bad. We called 7 times no one answers they picked up once and hung up. Horrible service, expensive and no one will answer the phone. Don’t recommend this location. There’s another one within a couple miles.

I used to like Filibertos but they have really gone downhill. My wife brought home a #20 taco and enchilada meal from their Crismon and Baseline location in Mesa. The taco was inedible. Dry hard shell, about 1 teaspoon of dried out over cooked meat. They should be ashamed to give this to a customer. I'm too exhausted after a long day to drive back over so I tried to call to voice my displeasure. Their phone number published on their website doesn't work. I'm done with them. There are plenty of other food places around to choose from.
