Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went yesterday I arrived at 9:30am waiting them to open at 10 am. At 10:01 I went through the drive thru waited 5 minutes and kept saying hello. No one said anything. I drove back around parked and went to the door. It was locked. Why is it locked and it is after 10am. So I waited on 2 other cars to go through. I got back in line. I ordered she said it was a 15 min wait. Okay cool. I waited 30 minutes just for the old tiny wings. So I got out to complain & was given 1 breast in replacement when I asked if I could have 2. I'm looking at the lady pick over bigger wings and breast just to give me a smaller breast. I paid for a 3 piece white. So a breast and wing costs the same. Then my cinnamon apple pie taste nasty. NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION.

So, I am not sure what is going on. Very misleading... The doors are locked and they state they are short staffed on the door. But I counted over 10+ ppl inside with uniforms on, more than half seem to be just standing around. I could not take pictures of all of them. But there was clearly more than 4 people behind the counter, just in my quick line of sight. To add insult to injury, some ppl were actually sitting in lobby and eating. I was allowed in to ask questions about the larger orders, and seemingly offered to order in lobby. But I felt uncomfortable as a gang of employees just standing around me too close together, seem to want me to leave lobby. I left due to the crowd of employees gathered around me. And I am very disappointed in this franchise. As they are wanting us to wait in long drive through lines but allow employees that are not working to crowd the lobby order area. Ridiculous Store Manager.

This is supposed to be a 2 piece chicken tender meal. Opened it and here is what I was met with. Nothing but breading. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
