Chick-fil-A

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A But ,I got the spicy not original, which I ordered the original, my fries fell.short of a full order, but the best part was the Lemonade... but they get very busy...so I guess I can forgive the mistakes.. but hopefully next time will be point on!

The service was excellent as usual but, there were not many parking spots in the lot that were open. There were cones to direct traffic to the drive in window that blocked the lion's share of parking spots. That was strange. We parked behind the restaurant on the far end of the lot in one of the two numbered (possibly for curbside pickup) spaces left. The sign for spots 1 and 2 were missing. My wife and I thought it strange...do they not want customers to enter the building? Just curious...

We made a mistake when ordering online and the Manager (Brandon) was very polite and helped fix the issue. He took care of us beyond what we were needing and he didn't have to. Thankyou for your help and understanding. It is extremely hard to find employees with the level of care and understanding that he had. (Again we were at fault.) Take care of this one Chick-fil-A and your store will be well represented with him.
