Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve notice this popeyes doesn’t have great customer service at all. Our food is never fresh when we come. Also we tried their Mac n cheese for the first time, and it was horrible!! I remember popeyes being good decades ago. Now it seems like their quality of food has really gone down. I’ll dry my own chicken at home.

I don't understand how they can just opened and the food be cold. Lukewarm at best. The food was thrown any kind of way in the bag. The chicken was hot but unseasoned. But the shrimp was super cold. So we're the fries. Then there's always the joy of the dusty biscuit they give with no sauce. I got my drink and it seems like there's was a bug or some foreign item in the cup when I poured it into another cup. I know it was seen when pouring the drink. This location or any chicken joint in the Katy location has poor customer service as well as having the most unseasoned chicken I've ever come across. You'd do better going to the hood deep on the North side getting excellent and hot food. This just ruined my appetite for awhile. Definitely not coming back.

Feels like they need to change their cooking oil regularly as the food comes out dark and old oily smell.
