I ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese sandwich only with an order of 4pc mozzarella sticks. I did not receive a receipt (assumed it was in the bag) and received a text from my bank indicating $9.72 was charged. I called this location 3 tines, only to get hung up on. All I wanted to know is why did it cost so much and where was my receipt. I won't be going back to this location

I went here this morning and had the nicest man help me. Santino was his name. He had such a nice disposition and a pleasant speaking voice. He actually looked happy to be working here. I love when people appear to like what they do. Will continue to come to this BK because of this experience.
