8/27/23 around 11-1130 am. This is the second time we went there and they magically have no wings. The girl at the drive-thru it was extremely rude. And I feel like they just want you to get what they already have cooked or they want you to just go away. I think it's weird that something that's so heavily advertised is out every time we go there. They proceeded to let me know that the food was going to take a long time because it was going to be cooked fresh with our other blackened sandwiches. I don't understand why they would even bring this up to us I would much rather sit in a line for a few extra minutes and get hot food and food that's been sitting out. The fact that they're even asking us in it definitely felt like they were trying to discourage us from buying that sandwich and getting the crispy sandwiches that they already had ready. We waited 45 minutes just via drive thru, and when it was finally our turn, we were told to wait at the front. 10 minutes passed by and my boyfriend decided to finally check what was the hold up, and we were told, "We forgot about our order" despite being paid for. I understand if there is short staffing occurring and I don't mind the wait, but when we are told we forgot about the order, it's not a nice feeling. Our food was also incomplete without the sauces. Very disappointing experience.

This place is a joke. You wait 25 minutes just for them to maybe take your order and the food is usually cold. Last time I was there I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 8. But you best believe they charged me for 12. I ALWAYS check my order before I leave but it's crazy that I'm gonna have to start counting nuggets if I ever give this location another try. The employees give you attitude even when you are polite and patient with them. It's ridiculous. Manager sits around and gossips with the employees. The workers OBVIOUSLY don't put in any effort because their manager clearly isn't. It would be one thing to go through all this hassle to get good, hot food but they just fling garbage at you and basically give you the middle finger as your driving away. Don't waste your time or you money here!
