Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Some of the worst service I’ve had at “fast food” Got drive thru line and only one person was in front of me they were served decently quick, I went up and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries, they told me to pull forward and for the next 30 minutes I sat waiting for my food, then when my food finally arrived they gave me my chicken sandwiches without my fries, so I had to go back in give them my receipt and wait for somebody to cook my fries and finally, after like 35 minutes I finally had my food! Not going to say that I deserved something free and be entitled but I am just extremely disappointed. I will not be coming to this location again, if I come to Popeyes again period

Service was slow due to the drive-thru was they only service available. Don't know about atmosphere because we could not eat in the dinning room. The chicken was very delicious. We bought it about 30 minutes away from home because we don't have one in our town of Ennis, Texas. We are hopeful because they are building two new fast food places in town.

Parking lot area clean and full of light. Drive through line pretty swift and moving constantly. Unfortunately our food wasn’t hot it was literally warm nearly cold. Appeared nice just wasn’t hot
