Better off taking the extra drive to a different location ! This staff’s attitudes are always horrible ! It’s like they get mad at you for asking for fresh food!!! And then if you ask for it hot; they tell you 20 minutes because they know most people with things to do won’t be able to wait 20 minutes! The sides are always bland and warm right along with the chicken! The biscuits should be donated to the nearest hockey team to use as a hockey puck that’s how hard they usually are ! That’s if you get them anyway ! The hot sauce packs are old and if you order more than 2 pieces of chicken please understand it’s like pulling teeth out a horse to get additional packets! Not sure how this whole store hasn’t caught cooperates attention to change management in general!

I went to get dinner here I wanted to get a 24 piece chicken nuggets and they said they don’t have anymore but while waiting for our other food they come out saying here are more chicken nuggets. So they unfortunately lost a costumer. This is not the first time this has happen to me.

Service Experience wasn't good at all. Menue screen wasn't working had to choose something i didn't want. Chicken was hard and wasn't enough gravy on mashed potatoes and biscuits were dry. I always come to this location But now i will choose another location.
