Thought I was going to get some fire shrimp but no, I thought wrong. My shrimp crust was almost burnt, then they forgotten my cocktail sauce for the shrimp so I had to compromise by using ketchup that I had in my car. 1 of my shrimps wasn’t even done on the inside smh which I don’t understand how when considering the crust was burnt. Only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes and one of the workers was so worried about if I had my side in my bag but still end up forgetting to put my sauce for my shrimp in my bag…I won’t be coming back

I stopped going here 15 years ago because the service used to suck bad. It would take them over 30 minutes to get your order ready when there's only one other customer in line. NOT ANYMORE.! They must've changed management or owners or something but I went in here a couple of months ago and service was nice and fast. The staff are pretty friendly and they get what you need fast so you can get out of there and enjoy your chicken! The chicken is cooked properly too, moist and hot.Not dry like some places make it
