This place is terrible!!!! We placed an online order, went inside once arrived to pick up order and was sent back out to wait in line for 45 minutes. I already drove 23 minutes to get here. The guy was really rude when I asked how do I get a refund. He said to take that up with online because they're just handling the food so we had to wait in this long line. While waiting I see the guy on his phone back towards the cash register for 30 of this minutes until I could no longer see him. Where's the manager? This is so terrible and frustrating!! Had I known this o would've never placed an online order. Why didn't y'all turn off the not currently taking online orders? ????????????????????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????????‍♀️
