How do you make the decision to substitute my order without my knowledge? I made it to my destination 20 miles away b4 I realized they had made substitutions. When I was coming through the following day as the manager instructed, the one on duty said, awe..that wasn't my shift. I asked hadn't she left communication? She went on to say come back that night. Ma'am if I didn't have to come back this way today I wouldn't be here now. I just let it go.

They were busy but somehow our food was not hot. The fries were barely warm. We also had a total of 22 nuggets between everybody's order and we didn't get any sauce. It's McDonald's. They try hard and do their best but like I said, it's McDonald's. I recommend at this particular one in millington, do not come by right after lunch and right after dinner. Try to hit it before lunch and dinner and you'll get very fresh food. If you get caught in the rush you'll be waiting a while. And what awesome recommend that you do not eat late at night, because the food is usually dry not properly prepared and generally it's kind of nasty. Other than that if you need something quick to eat, if there's another option I would take it but if not you can eat here and everything will be fine.
