Food is not fresh floor is dirty, grease ,need better management but cashier service is good..

I was at this location today and I swear the drive thru person in the Pink jacket needs more training. From the time I pulled up and she started talking to me like she could care less. If you hate your job quit & let people who want to work respectfully do that job. I ordered $30 worth of food. Shrimp were hot fries were cold & biscuits like bricks. I also ordered 2 sprites but the sprite was out so she gave me (2)32 oz lemonades without asking me. Nor did I ask for 32 oz drinks that was her decision. The whole time I remain cool no arguments because you can’t get anywhere like that. She refund the sodas but had no receipt paper so she offered to take a pictures of the register order. Gave me the food no thank you or nothing. Not looking to get her fired but her customer service skills was very poor. Management please have a talk with her so that this doesn’t continue to happen. #PrayingforAbetterService

Went through the drive thru today to try the new Blackened chicken sandwich. I ordered the combo with mashed potatoes and sweet tea for the drink (because that’s the only drink they had). They told me it would be a 5 minute wait for the sandwich which was fine. The line wasn’t moving anyway. Get to the window and pay, they said it’s still a 3 minute wait. I pull up and wait for my order. After I get it, I get all the way home only to find out I received a regular chicken sandwich, not the blackened sandwich that I paid and waited for. To make matters worse, the sandwich I did get wasn’t even hot, mashed potatoes barely had any gravy on them, and the tea wasn’t even sweet (it literally tasted like water). Complete waste of my time and money. Won’t be going to this location anymore.
