Long John Silver's | KFC

By far the worst long John silvers ever. The chicken was dry and burnt. I don't know if you could call this fried chicken more like chicken jerky. This is by far the worst attempt at fried chicken.

Food was dried up and didn't give me all that I ordered. Second time they have messed my order up. They only have drive thru. Never have paper for receipts. Awful business Features: They are closed only drive thru and can't get that right

With the pandemic in place, a lot of restaurants reserve the right to not allow customers to come into their facilities. This is understandable, but KFC/Long John Silver's has not made one attempt to cater to the needs of those without a car. I live only 2 minutes away on foot from this location, but the only 2 ways I can get their chicken is through drive thru or ordering on line which prices and specific modifications to my order is not allowed. On this particular visit though it was awful. We drove through and the young lady taking my order was rude. She tried to correct what I was ordering, but I knew what I wanted. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. As we drove off, I checked my order and saw that my extra biscuit was missing. We drove back around and no one acknowledged us at the order box. So, we drove around. The car ahead of us was receiving their order. He tried to get the young lady's attention because he was missing something as well. He sat there for 2 minutes
