Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The were very slow , told us our chicken would be ready in 10mins 30mins went by, still no chicken. They were more concerned with the drive thru not the inside of the store. At this time we told them we just want our money back. They said it was coming up . So we went ahead got the food . Only to see it was only breast. We got a 12 piece mixed. Very poor service. I will never be back . I'll go to another one across town before I go there again.

Very clean place. Tenders were fresh and light. The blackened ranch was perfect. The unsweet tea was diluted too much. Customer service was absent. No one really talked or greeted you. I placed an online order and was there for about 7min and no one talked. It was slow so not cause it was busy. If the customer engagement was better would of got 4 stars.

Food was perfect. They were out of lemonade (syrup) which was disappointing and the audio on the orderbox was awful with background noise. Had a very hard time hearing the employee. But the main thing to remember, the food was great.
