Poor Boy 2

I stopped by this establishment to see if they had New Orleans style Po'Boys. The person working at the front desk was very helpful and courteous and said that the sandwiches were more like an Italian hero variety of poor boys. I ordered a sandwich to go and was really impressed by the freshness of the bread the vegetables and the meat. Sandwiches made to order and was a great value for the price. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in the neighborhood and I'll also check out their original restaurant in Maywood pretty soon. Definitely on my list for lunch spots and to cater sandwiches for the office or for a school or religious function.

Such a great establishment! I haven't eaten American food in such a long time and their food really hit the spot! Such a great family owned place with amazing service!

This is a perfect place to go for a humble hot dog or beef sandwich. They have our favorite gyros as well. It is not fancy. It is not expensive. It is like ordering from a hotdog stand in a park. They have some nice beverages to choose from like cantaloupe, pineapple, amd horchata..as well as a full soda fountain. It is also right off the prairie path sometimes the fam stops in on walks.
