The charcuterie boars was tops. The grilled squid was so tender. We went to see a band, and they were great, not too loud. It's a happy ambiance.
Service was bad except for the lady serving us waters. She was fantastic. The main waiter, Germán, was plain rude! We went there with positive vibes from the get-go. We waited an hour and the owner came over to ask how we were doing and we had to say the truth that the entrees were taking a while. I understand that when there is high demand, food can take while to be served, but if the owner asks how are experience is, well, we have to speak up. As a result, Germán had a rude tone when attending us and seem to not like that we reported the long wait because he said “we complained”. Be aware that desserts on birthdays are NOT complimentary. To sum up, if you aren’t a frequent customer, expect bad service.
I helped a friend plan a proposal to his gf, and the staff and management were super accommodating and kind to us throughout the process. They even gave us champagne and dessert on the house!! SO INCREDIBLY KIND, THANK YOU. Aside from the excellent hospitality, every single plate of food was decedent and very well made. You can definitely feel the love that was put into the food. 10/10 would recommend everyone go to Adelle's!
