A very pleasant restaurant to visit for dinner. Service is great, as would be expected from a restaurant like this. Food was delicious, I especially loved the tuna tartar. Lobster roll with fries and garlic aioli dip was also very good. Not a huge fan of the margarita verte, but it was interesting smokey spicy flavor that others might enjoy. Outdoor terrace seating is very pleasant on a nice day.

Unexpected Sunday night date night found us sitting at the bar (which we enjoy) since the ~150 seat dining room was full of reservations. Bartender Jason provided exactly the type of service we love and appreciate. Attentive, anticipatory, funny, & professional. Started out with cocktails and the frisée salad. The Spruce St. Manhattan is wonderful, especially for this non-whiskey drinker. Followed that up with mussels and trout amandine. Again both were excellent. Finished up with the pot du creme and this lovely dessert wine not on the menu at Jason’s suggestion. Perfect way to end the meal. 13 out of 10, *will* visit again!

Le Pomeroy or "the King's Apple" is a crown jewel in the Northshore restaurant circle. They offer fine French cuisine in a stylish 1930s brasserie setting. You will even find a clock reminding you of Parisian time. Excellent for anniversaries, occasions, and to get away to France for a few hours.
