Something is wrong with this specific location. This is 4th time I been here when each time I try to order anything with steak they never have it. Today I waited 15 min in the drive thru and they charged me for a platter that they didn't have avaliable, so I ordered another platter, which was cheaper. Insted of refund they tried to compensate by giving sides. When I selected the side, they said two of them are unavailable. Finally I deleted whatver they had avaliable. Once I got home, I noticed they didn't add anything what they punched in and what the recipe was showing. All three sides were missing. Also the chicken was extremely dry and felt like been sitting out for hours
The food was extremely good. Very tasty, right amount of seasoning. I am a very picky person eating g out & I must say Pollo Tropical passed the test. Good job.I recommend your place for dining out. Parking: Lots if spaces. No problem.
Ordered A Cuban Sandwich, Have been there many times, Food was Great before, my last visit. My Cuban Sandwich was not the same as normal.
