Ordered a Tropi chop via DoorDash and no chicken was added lol like I’m eating rice and veggies. This isn’t the first time but pretty much happened many times. These workers need to be fired, or stop stealing people foods. Order Kevin Sarabjeet 11/4/22. I will call higher management for Pollo.
Customer service was above and beyond. I had an emergency with last minute catering and all restaurants needs 24 hours in advance but the manager at this location did everything possible to prepare my order for 30 guest. I’ll be forever grateful with you.
I ordered in the drive-thru on a Thursday evening. I ordered grilled chicken breast with 2 sides: caesar salad & yellow rice. My food was quick, hot, fresh and very well seasoned. The young lady who served my food was super sweet and respectful. I didn't get her name though.
