Checkers

Went today, I wasn't impressed. My order was wrong as usual, I was in a hurry and the customer service was not up to speed. Burgers in Checkers used to have a broil taste to them. Don't know what that's about. Fish tasted like cardboard and the buns on both sandwiches tasted like melee bread. So I'm done with Checker's. I can go to Culver's and receive a much better service down the street for the same price and a wider variety. If you can't at least smile at a person and understand that you're at work, then you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. This was coming from my wife who has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and takes pride in how she takes food orders, the food is presented and puts a smile on people's faces. We won't be eating here again ...

two experiences in this place. The first one was 3 days ago, I went to eat at the place and the wait was quite long, however the fries and the hamburger were acceptable. the second was tonight, I ordered an Uber and again the wait was long, and this time the burger meat was extremely raw, it had no flavor at all, it was wrapped in some kind of napkin I guess that's why it arrived extremely cold , the fries were burnt, the soda was watered down. I am disappointed in this place.
