We stopped to grab a bite to eat on our way back from the Keys. This place deserves a negative rating. Most of their menu items were conveniently unavailable. The staff was completely unprofessional and just rude. The kitchen area was filthy and littered with fallen food. I was waiting for someone to just call the 5 second rule and serve us from the floor!!!! Service was slow as molasses, too. They weren't understaffed, either. Just a complete disaster! Avoid this place! Others on line were smart enough to leave before attempting to order food they didn't even have!

They always make you wait at the order window for so long when there is no one at the pickup window! I give up on trying to go to different ones they are all the same here in Homestead! Even when you order on the app. Not worth a 10-15 minute wait! Just looked at my sons order. It was wrong as usual again! It’s a school night and I can’t do anything about it now! When you say rice beans and chicken it means no vegetables! Simple stuff and people can’t get it right! SMDH! ????????‍♀️

Never had a bad experience here, but Saturday decided to go through drive thru for lunch, while giving the order I made sure I made myself very specific to whoever was in drive thru about the order. Not only did she get the order wrong when I repeated myself twice, one of the two girls in drive thru needs to mind her comment when in front of a customer especially since I wasn't gonna argue while pregnant. And in no way was I rude or disrespectful but if you are gonna have people handling drive thru PLEASE train them right and if they don't wanna work, hire people who do because that's the type of body language and behavior she gave.
