Customer service here is trash. The girl at the window handed us our coke and you could see through it. It’s blatantly obvious that it was most carbonated water and their machine was either messed up or low on syrup. When we asked what it was because it didn’t look like coke she got an attitude and said that was how all the cokes were coming out. When we asked for something else she got rude with us and acted like we were being an inconvenience for her because we wouldn’t take the I drinkable soda. The staff at this location is negative 5 stars.
The hours of operations should be revised it is 9am and the store is closed only drive thru. We are currently doing a bus tour and we stopped to eat here and everyone ignored us when we were knocking on the door. Lost about 30 people’s business.
I am sitting here at the drive through and my whole order is wrong, the girl at the window wants to argue with me and then the girl taking the order wants to start as well. They didn't offer to make anything right and I ended up giving it back and asking for a refund. I do not suggest this McDonald's and can't believe what experience I just had there. And for the 2 girls to argue with me was uncalled for
