This food is beyond terrible! I ordered mashed sweet potato from them. It is tastes and look like baby food. It is the consistency of water! The chicken didn’t have any flavor. They’ve charged me extra for sauces. I’m calling them back now, I want a full refund. You’re better off going to Pollo Tropical. It’s cheaper and tastes better. I’ve wasted $11 and want my money back.
The steak sandwich is so delicious and it’s a big sandwich so it’s easy to share. The plantain chips are a must and if you like soup their beef stew is so yummy
I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with fries and everything tasted fresh. Fries were hot. Chicken was a bit bland though. Nice ambience. Clean restaurant. Staff were nice. I’d probably try them again.
