As a good cook myself it is hard to judge food I can make myself. But this is the 3rd time I drive down from Spring Hill to Tampa just to eat here. Their food is always on point. It's so good I've never stopped to take pictures before diving into it. The customer service is excellent as well. Anica is very friendly and willing to answer questions on the food without rushing us to order. Orders are served in order they are recieved and food is cooked at time of order fresh from the kitchen. Will definitely do the 1hr drive many more times just for this food.
Unequivocally, best Puerto Rican food truck this side of Tampa! Alcapurrias were soooooo flavorful, authentic island taste. I definitely recommend this gem of a spot, must return to try their mofongo, tostones con chicharrón de pollo, as customers were enjoying this fare on the menu.
Great food. Friendly people! Found this truck by accident was about to get Taco Bell across the street, until I smelled the goodies from the truck. No regrets
