They sold me a water down wet brownish purple baked potato.. they thought that I wouldn’t notice because they put so much toppings on it to cover it up.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two whole chickens which brought my total to over $60. I always order this meal when I come to your establishment and the other times I have come my order is around $50. I asked why it was so much more expensive after being handed my receipt and was told it was because of the salsas I requested. When I order is always request 6 green and 6 habanero salsas because if I don’t all I’ll get is the regular tomato salsa which I do not like. I come almost every week to order this meal and not once have I been charged for the salsas, yet today your cashier charged me over $12 for salsa claiming that my order of two WHOLE CHICKENS only comes with 2 tiny singles. I don’t understand how a meal of this size that is obviously for more than one person will only come with that small amount of salsa. When I asked to speak to the manager the cashier refused to get them claiming she was the manager when it was obvious she was not. I in that case cancelled the ex

For a fast food place the food is phenomenal BUT the staff, wait and otherwise leave much to be desired. I definitely come here whenever I’m in town but I manage my expectations on wait times and attentiveness of staff because while the food is very good, they simply do not care about the customer experience at all
