Jack in the Box

This location has consistently given me nasty food. Unfortunately, I order in the app and they can't refund app orders through the store. Went tonight and got the sloppiest, soggiest burger I've ever had and the fries looked like they were days old. I ended up going to McDonalds and got better burgers and service. Update: In response to the reply to my review -- I have filled out those forms multiple times and never heard anything back. It is pointless to comment on this review asking me to do something that will yield no results. I think I'll just avoid Jack in the Box and encourage others to do the same, especially this location.

The manager on duty did not catch his name but he was basically sitting there arguing with me about saying I did not order 3 egg rolls instead of fries with my combo he said I only said one then vhe was going to charge me for the 3 all because he put one egg roll down sitting there arguing with me as a paying customer. Yeah he should not be a manager at all with his attitude he should get fired I don't appreciate it one bit

Worst service ever ! Ordered breakfast with pancakes and the staff put no syrup! Who wants pancakes with no syrup. Called and store manager said “you should be glad we are here and opened store for you all out there. “ I told her teach the staff sone common sense, pancakes should come with syrup. Horrible service and worst Jack n the box
