Excellent food but extremely disappointed in the service I received. Manager started my order and was incredibly rude. I have never in my life experienced anything like it in a store. He definitely should not be allowed to work with customers. I can only imagine how he treats the staff. Really wish I could get ahold of the owner to describe the experience I had.

AMAZING!! Staying in Cleveland for two nights and drove 45 minutes to this location on the recommendation of a friend and it was definitely worth the detour. Super fresh, generous portions, quick to make, and easy to customize for protein and flavor (2 of us are picky eaters). I went with chicken on greens and a combo of sweet/spicy/salty. The flavor was out of this world and very satisfying. It was actually a very healthy meal but the intense flavor from the sauce combo made it feel like a cheat meal, which was a perfect combo! This was actually my first poke' experience and I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty it was. I even thought about taking a second one to go, it was that good. And, last but not least, solid customer service! Very pleasing all around. Highly, highly recommend. Vegetarian options: Tofu or skip protein and stick with veggies. Tried this restaurant today and I can't wait to go back for more. The chicken was delicious and I opted for the half white rice and half greens. The only thing I would have done differently is add more of the sauce or ordered a side of it. By the time I got past the top layer of food I needed some type of sauce for the bottom layer. I also ordered a black tea bubble tea and it was perfect. Not overwhelmingly sweet like others that I had recently from other places. I don't know what others have been eating to say it was on the pricey side but I feel that for a huge bowl and a bubble tea $13 and some change was not bad at all.
