The Burrito I got tasted fine. Steak, nothing fancy. It was about the size of a baked potato and just didn't seem to fill me up like it used too. I am generally not the sort of person to leave 1 star, but this is--I am not joking--the FIFTH time this location has stiffed me on chips. It's not even one of those super complicated orders. At this point Chipotle has stolen nearly an hours worth of wages from me and I'm sick of getting the run around over CHIPS! So here's me, leaving a Google review because I don't know what else to do. The guy who works the mobile order station is always high out of his mind and if you don't check your order in front of him he'll send you off without entree items. Do you sense the desperation from this? You should. Because if you go here they'll play mind games with your food and you'll end up like me.

Order BEFORE 3/4P. I don't know what it is but this place goes from decent to poor experience quickly for evening eats. I've had catering orders, mobile orders, and stood in line - all separate occasions - each with an evening problem. Whether it's no plastic silverware and napkins, missing catering order items paid for, or my most recent mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 6p that isn't even started by 640...it's just always something. Love the convenience of the location but something* is off at this location. Not the brand I'm used to frequenting.
