Poblanos Piri Piri

I placed an order online for "Deal 6" which is a chicken wrap, fries, and a drink. I arrived to pick it up within the time-frame that the website provided. When I gave them my name they acted confused and said my order would be ready in 20 MORE minutes. Even if they started on my order at that moment, why would a chicken wrap take 20 minutes when there were no other customers?? When my order was ready I asked about the drink. She said it doesn't come with one. I said according to the website it does. She said it doesn't because it came with a salad.... but I didn't order or want a salad. She argued with me about it and tried to call someone else over but eventually said to just take one. When I got home I discovered that my order was wrong. There was no chicken wrap at all. Instead I got an entire chicken. If I liked the flavor of the chicken or having to pick it apart limb by limb then this would've been a deal, but i just wanted a wrap. Visiting from Houston, food is delicious, Chicken Burger and Grilled chicken with their special sauces, is my favorite! Excellent and very friendly customer service. Will definitely recommend their food and will return soon.

This was our 2nd time after 2-3 years, we thought we should give them a try once again but it was a very bad decision. Burgers buns were burned that kids couldn’t eat, shrimp wrap was cold & felt like it just came out of the fridge & they gave it to us. Ordered lemon pepper flavor tenders, full of oregano no taste of lemon or pepper. Rest of the food was peri peri chicken was bland & upon asking they said they can’t give us any extra sauce. Told us that food will be served in 10-15 minutes & took more than an hour & that also in installments. Had to discard most of the food. Very very disappointed & horrible, we had to stop over somewhere else on the way home to get some decent food. We told them they really need to work on taste & customer service (which is a completely different issue that went down that day horribly). Never EVER going back even if they give us free food. Huge waste of time & money.
