Pho Empire

OMG!! I been here 3rd times and I just can't say it's never been good. This place is FANTASTIC!!! I have ordered pho empire, shrimp rolls and finally I tried empire combination rice! the food is very very good!! plus the staffs very patience and very professional. If you visit here, I recommend, pho empire and empire conbination rice. Overall, I give 5 stars for the quality of the food and staffs also.

I’ve been here to eat Pho for more than 5 years. The food is always great. The former staff that worked here always got my order right (I usually order P10 with rare beef on the side with no extra charge). However, when there was a new staff, sometimes they got my order wrong and I was also charged for the beef that I asked to put it on the side instead of putting in the bowl. They said because they put extra beef for me but they didn’t. So, I’m not quite sure if there is a mark on the menu showing that I will be charged for rare beef on the side. I’ll come back anyway since this is the only one place that I enjoy eating P10 with rare beef on the side.

This place is a family favorite. Pho is Northern style?? and is excellent. The rice dishes and appetizers are really good also. I do wish they would offer the aged pepper sauce like they used to do about 3 years ago. That stuff was seriously making their Pho into award winning dish! Vegetarian options: They have some veggie selections. Mostly tofu and veggie stuff as one would imagine. Helps if my sister in-law visits as she does not eat flesh. Kid-friendliness: We always ask for a small bowl and scissors so we can share our Pho with the little ones. They are growing up so fast now that some of them get their own order. Nice of them to accommodate us!
