Burger was wayyy under cooked. Food took forever. Waiter was top notch though and is why they even got 3 stars. He comped the meal and was just great and understanding. Big thank you to him

A disappointing Saturday dinner and stay at @ploughlancaster in @lancastermarriottpennsquare Stayed the night at @lancastermarriottpennsquare on our road trip. The disaster started with the broken bathroom door handles in the hotel room which we informed concierge about and received no apologies and no follow up. Also we were made to pay for parking even though we were paying guests at the hotel ($15/night). Went to @ploughlancaster for dinner as we were told by the concierge upon check-in that it was very good - MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. What a waste of time and money. If you look at the photos, it all looks very nice but that's where it ends. Ordered the rock shrimp and pumpkin bisque to start - both mediocre. Got the strip steak and highly recommended short rib for mains as I was craving beef really bad. The strip was 70% inedible gristle which I had to spit out all chewed up onto the side plate. When the server asked how the dish was, I told him point-blank about the gristle situatio

Great vibe, friendly staff made this a great experience. Scallops for supper was to die for. I don’t recall Lancaster being on the sea, but you could have fooled me with this fresh meal. Next day had the Grilled Cheese and tomato bisque. Lost a star as both were lukewarm. They would have tasted better had it been hot, but hard to tell. Cocktails were also done with care.
