Pleasant Hill Bar & Grill

Great new spot that has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with excellent quality food. My family and I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday, and the whole family loved every bite! This is one of few places that carry beef short ribs, and they were better than expected! Their burger was fat and juicy, the Italian beef sandwich had plenty of meat, and we cannot wait to go back and try the rest of menu. We will become regulars, no doubt!

Stopped into tonight for a birthday dinner highly recommended by my parents. It was a fantastic choice and a great time with my parents and brother. The food was good and the young man who served us was kind and really able to juggle the many patrons on a busy Friday night but n his section. He was even able to assist us when we wanted to move outside for post dinner drinks, though the drinks didn’t come out in the fastest manner we were in no hurry and just enjoyed the summer evening!! Great patio outside and in all a great time, I plan on being back! Looks like you guys have a great team, keep it up!

Staff notified us that they could seat us right away but that the kitchen was backed up and would take about an hour for entrees. The appetizers came out quick and drinks were good. Staff brought out the kids pizza ahead of time, which was great, so far a 5 star review. However, when they brought out the entrees (around their quoted 1 hour mark) only 2/3 came out and the third took so long everyone was done eating before it came out (all were fish fries). Portions were also pretty small for the price. Even the coleslaw was about 1/4 of the small dish they served it in. Hopefully the kitchen is able to sort things out because it wasn't packed, so they were definitely holding up the service. Food was all delicious though. Will try again in a few months and hopefully have a better experience.
