Pizza Inn

We’ve been eating here for many years and have never been treated the way we were tonight. We tend to look over some things, but tonight was terrible all the way around. First of all we called in an order for pickup and was placed on hold twice. After 8 min, we placed the order. Was told it would be ready in 15min. We allowed 25-30 min and still had to wait 15 min after we arrived. My husband had to go in, because someone just ordered at the window and was waiting for it to be cooked. When he received the pizza boxes, one of them had chocolate all over the bottom of the box and it got all over his hands. To keep from getting it on the car, he politely asked if they could put it in another box. Which they did. When we arrived home and opened the other pizza box, all of the toppings had shifted to one side of the pizza - and we didn’t tilt the boxes, at all. I used to frequent a Pizza Inn in Atlanta, GA when I was a kid. This place has GOT to be the same chain. Brought me to childhood again. The pizza in the buffet was great, but topping even that was the wonderful salad bar! We're most certainly going back soon! In fact, I'm now annoyed that we've waited this long! ????????????????

WadeHampton Blvd, Greer location. I will NEVER even think of going there again!! Took my 3 kids there to eat at their buffet. We ended up not staying. The staff was NOT keeping clean the buffet table and the floor around it. Food was scattered everywhere on the buffet table and on the floor, tables and seats were filthy dirty. Ladies bathroom stunk so bad and was filthy, floors and toilets were just nasty. Patrons/diners were using their bare hands to pick up food items off the buffet table. This place has been the most disgusting restaurant that I've experienced in the past 6 months!! It's sad, my kids did not even want to eat there!!????
