Pizza Hut

Had no sauce for the bread sticks and order was missing toppings that I asked for. Also the delivery time was too long. 1.5 hours to get a pizza is too long. Also there is no way to cancel the order on the app or change to carry out after you complete the transaction. Needs to improve on the app

It was Christmas Eve and the store was really busy. I had made a large order online for a 5:00 p.m. pickup. I was concerned when I got to the store, because they were so busy, but I was pleasantly surprised that my order was ready right on time, and everything was just as I had ordered, hot and tasty.

First off, ordered online as I typically do, after the family decided what they wanted the website was unable to add a big box deal order and we had to start over. Then, after three more attempts to remove additional charges realized the deal is for two medium ONE topping pizzas and one regular bread stick. Website needs more guidance when looking at deals or explaining the deal. Ended up ordering a supreme and a beef, meats were extremely sparse, and the request for both pizzas was "crust well done please" and neither one was.
