As a former long-term employee of Pizza Hut I am beyond pleased with the 47th and Broadway location. The pizza was ready on-time, proper portions, toppings spread correctly and absolutely DELICIOUS!! I will never ever be back to your location. Me and my family have been ordering pizza from you guys for close to 30 years and this pompous, pretty boy manager has ruined it for me. I asked him a simple question and he refused to answer me and then proceeded to get combative and hung up on me. Thus place will never get another dime from my family!!!! Shame on Pizza hut for promoting a man like him. Calling corporate tomorrow.
Had a drive up order. Could see someone on the phone inside. They let me sit 10 minutes before acknowledging me.. after I knocked on the window. The guy was rude, so I canceled my order. It's too bad one employee can sour you on the store. He didn't understand multitasking, I guess.
